We have been working direct with Original Beans since 2009, a company who share Natoora’s mission statement – they too source for flavour, have a fully transparent supply chain and are working to change the entire chocolate industry from source to end product.
We know our growers by name, Original Beans know their cacao growers with the same familiarity. Within an industry that has become highly-industrialised and relies on a highly opaque supply chain, they are the only chocolatier truly working to revolutionise the food system.

SINGLE VARIETY, SINGLE SOURCE
We know our growers by name, Original Beans know their cacao growers with the same familiarity. They seek out rare, heirloom and overlooked varieties of cacao. They source direct from independent growers and co-operatives in some of the world's most diverse ecosystems and give back to the land, communities and wildlife through their own conservation projects.
-
BEAN TO BAR
Original Beans couvertures contain only raw cane sugar and organic milk powder - no vanilla extract, no soya lecithin. Each variety is roasted, conched and set according to its own unique characteristics. The consistency of the process guarantees a reliable, highly workable ingredient for your kitchen.
