About Natoora

We are a fast-growing company with a clear mission: to revolutionise the food system.

Working directly with over 600 small-scale growers, we have built a transparent supply chain that is actively changing the way food is being farmed and supplied. We prove that in making conscious growing choices we don’t need to sacrifice sustainability, flavour or craftsmanship to feed ourselves.

Suppliers to over 1000 of the most influential restaurants in London, Paris and New York, we are equally determined to educate the general public on the impact of their food choices. Everything in our four central London stores and Eataly and Selfridges concessions is radically seasonal and totally traceable.

Through our Counter cafes at Natoora Fulham and Natoora Portobello, we introduce a level of transparency never before seen in prepared foods. We make everything from scratch and can track every ingredient back to a single producer or grower and know why their cultivation methods deliver revolutionary flavour.

Educating the customer is central to our food system revolution, and flavour is the greatest conduit for change. Through fruit and vegetable tastings we can encourage home cooks to diversify their diets, eat radically seasonally and make more informed food choices.
