These are tasting absolutely amazing at the moment - meaty, juicy and full of flavour. The bull's heart tomato is one of the most valued and is still quite difficult to find, although it's growing quickly in popularity. It is an incredibly large (up to 500gr) fruit with a thin skin and meaty flesh. Its almost total lack of seeds and very low acidity makes it a great tomato for salads.
