This beautiful fresh garlic is a fantastic early spring treat. Only available for a short time, it is certainly worth a try. As the name suggests, this garlic has not been dried. It has a rich flavour and strong aroma, lighter in flavour than dried garlic so use more to get the fulller flavour. Use as you would any garlic, but try adding the stem for extra flavour and colour.
