Domestic rocket is the original plant from which the more widely available 'wild' rocket is derived. Characterised by a larger and slightly meatier leaf - we find it is a more interesting flavour than the peppery wild variety. At the peak of the season it really is a taste explosion. Well worth a try to create exciting salads, it works especially well with bresaola.
