Napa cabbage is a chinese cabbage with pale green to white leaves. Crisp, succulent and with broad white ribs, the leaves have a delicate and sweet flavour. Napa is sweet and mild like a cross between iceberg lettuce, celery and cabbage. It can be eaten cooked or raw and is used in soups and stirfries.
