Following studies in the US and a career in The City, Franco began to take an even greater interest in cooking and food, and became frustrated at the lack of unique, seasonal foods readily available in the UK for the general public.
Now, he is responsible for bringing the finest quality fresh food direct from producers in France, Italy and Britain to kitchens and restaurants all over the UK.

As head of VIMA Ltd, Vittorio has been producing the finest artisan pasta for many since 2002. Throughout this time he has built strong relationships with some of the best chefs in the UK including Giorgio Locatelli, the Galvin brothers and Paul Gayler. VIMA merged with Natoora in 2010, and now Vittorio is our Sales Director, managing both companies’ rich client bases and exploring new ventures.
Federico took an interest in food from an early age, spending a happy childhood helping his father harvest, plant and pick fresh produce in their North-Eastern Italian town.
Before coming to Natoora in 2009, Federico worked as sous-chef in a busy London Restaurant, providing a valuable industry insight. Now, he is now responsible for buying seasonal fruits and vegetables directly from New Covent Garden Market to meet the demands of London’s top chefs.
Federico is constantly on the hunt of new products and is in daily dialogue with stallholders about quality produce and their seasonality. He is also the first point of contact for our buyers based in France and Italy, ensuring that our customers’ needs are always met.
