The River Cafe brought true Italian flavour to London with an emphasis on the finest ingredients. Their menu is ever changing and adapting with the seasons and what is best at the market - simplicity is key. Our relationship with The River Cafe started with Portobello food seven years ago, sourcing many products specifically for them. Four years ago they became our first fruit and vegetable customer, when Rose Gray and Ruth Rogers approached us with regards to importing and sourcing fruit and vegetables directly from Italy. The quality and variety of produce they wanted for their restaurant simply wasn't available anywhere else and we have happily been supplying them ever since.

Theo Randall at The Intercontinental

Theo Randall is a firm believer in simple, rustic, seasonal food, put together with the best ingredients. He has always had a passion for Italian cooking, beginning at Chez Panisse in California, to The River Cafe where he was head chef and partner for ten years. We first started supplying Theo when he was at the River Cafe, and now at his own restaurant at the InterContinental hotel in Park Lane, Theo continues to use Natoora produce. He is a great friend of Natoora and one of our best ambassadors, using the produce both at home and in his fabulous restaurant.

Antonin Bonnet at The Greenhouse

Antonin moved from Morton's club to sister restaurant The Greenhouse in early 2006. Bonnet has maintained the restaurants' extremely high standards as well as moving the food in a new, exciting direction. We've been supplying him for close to three years and we work very closely together to source the right produce for his cuisine. He loves our trombetta courgettes!

Jacob Kenedy at Bocca di Lupo

Jacob Kenedy and Victor Hugo opened Bocca di Lupo in November 2008. Since then, the restaurant has received various awards, shining reviews and is a much loved part of the Soho restaurant scene. With its honest, stripped-down regional Italian cuisine, it is at heart a family business specialising in food and wine from across Italy's twenty regions. We've been supplying Jacob for over two years. It is a natural relationship as he loves produce in its simplest form and shares our philosophy of artisan produce.

Paul Gayler at The Lanesborough

Paul Gayler is Executive Chef at London's prestigious Lanesborough Hotel on Hyde Park. His cooking style combines European techniques with the flavours of the Orient. Paul Gayler was VIMA's first customer, and we have been supplying him with fresh pasta for over seven years now. Precision is key for Paul and we are diligent in producing pasta to his specific needs.

Andre Garrett at Galvin at Windows

Located on the 28th floor of the London Hilton on Park Lane, Galvin at Windows provides not only a breathtaking view, but also outstanding food. Led by Head Chef Andre Garrett and Chef Patron Chris Galvin, the restaurant achieved Michelin-star status in 2010 thanks to Andre’s innovative and ingredient-led cuisine, and has been going from strength to strength ever since.
