Bucatini are a typical Neapolitan variety of pasta. They are beautiful long rods with a hollow centre. Traditionally they are used in Bucatini all'Amatriciana, a tasty bacon and tomato sauce.

De Cecco select only the finest durum wheat for all their pastas, this guarentees a good texture when cooking. The pasta dough is kneaded with cold water for a sweeter result and coarse bronze drawing gives the pasta a good roughness which makes it adhere better to your sauce.
