This superior quality olive oil has been obtained by mechanically pressing rich olives of the Coratino variety. It is a monocultivar oil, obtained by the pure pressing of only one variety of olive. The result is a beautiful golden yellow colour, a clean and elegant aroma and fine and definite flavour. Enjoy its fresh grassy notes, along with aromas of basil and parsley. Bitterness and pungency are present and harmonic.
