It is very well balanced, fruity, with a hint of ginger. One of the many wonderful aspects to being part of the Spa Terminus, is that England Preserves are surrounded by other artisan producers. Through this close proximity they forge collaborative alliances, like the one with their immediate neighbours, The Kernel Brewery who supply them with the ale for this excellent chutney.

England Preserves was founded in the 2001, and their artisan jams have found their way from local farmers' markets to premium retailer shelves to gourmet restaurant menus.They make all their preserves with the traditional domestic kitchen in mind, cooking locally-sourced fruit gently by hand to retain its flavour and colour for brighter, bolder jams.
