By all accounts, this is one spicy sauce! Made with fiery red chillies it will truly add a new dimension to your oriental dishes. The flavour is a complex mix of sweet roasted hot chillies and beautiful garlic. Not one to be eaten in spoonfuls (except for the very brave)!
