With their sweet yet musky flavour papayas are a unique tropical fruit. Loved by most Brazilians, they are excellent with some fresh lime juice. Our papayas are much less watery than the supermaket varieties, more flavoursome and perfectly firm. A deep orange flesh, sometimes verging on crimson, they also make a great tasting smoothie.
