The Galia melon has a bright yellow outer skin with a pale green to white inner flesh. This melon has a distinctively sweet and aromatic flavour. The flesh looks like a pear but tastes like a cross between a cantaloupe and a honeydew. It is great for breakfast, or in a fruit salad.
