Albarino produces a medium to light-bodied wine, rich in peach and citrus flavours. It has beautiful floral and nutty aromas, making it a very popular wine.

This particular wine is made with the fruits of a vineyard protected by the Romanic Church of San Esteban de Saiar at Caldas de Reis. It comes from Benito Santos' dream to create an entirely natural wine, and here they have used vegetable pulses and copper allies to achieve a magnificently bright result.
