Where does Natoora deliver?

We deliver throughout the whole of the UK using our own vans for selected London postcodes* and Citylink courier services to the rest of the UK. See the table below for more information.

A very small number of items such as ice cream and bottled water are not available for delivery to areas served by Citylink. At checkout, when your delivery address is confirmed, any items that cannot be delivered to your area will be highlighted and you will have the opportunity to remove them from your basket or select a different delivery address.

How soon can Natoora deliver?

All of our products, apart from our patisserie range, are available for next day delivery (or next day + 1 for areas served by Citylink). See the table below for information about our delivery days.

Occassionally products may be available for purchase before we have them in stock - for example French Capons at Christmas time. At checkout, once you have selected a delivery date, any products that are not available for your chosen date will be highlighted and the date from which they are available will be indicated. You will then have the opportunity to select a later delivery date or remove them from your basket.

Is there are minimum order?

Our minimum order is £40 excluding delivery fees. For further details please see our FAQs.

How will my products stay fresh?

For deliveries in London we use our own refridgerated vans whilst for deliveries across the rest of the UK using Citylink we have a unique packaging system. We worked with temperature control professionals ( Cold Pack Systems ) to devise a box that works as a cooler and keeps the products at a controlled temperature from the moment it leaves its our warehouse to the moment it reaches you.

Our cold pack system is made up of:

• an inflatable insulating "airline"
• a cold component such as dry-ice
• a tray to distribute the cold

which all combine to create an efficient cooler allowing us to safely send fresh items anywhere across the country.

• keeps a controlled temperature (3-6C)
• temperature maintained for 48 hours (twice as long as styrofoam)

Packaging of fruits and vegetables

Fruit and vegetables can be delicate little souls and we have tried several ways to avoid products from being damaged in transit. We use what we think is the best compromise between effectiveness, environmental friendliness and convenience.

Packaging of meat and fish

Your meat and fish are prepared to order by the butcher/ fishmonger on their premises on the day of your delivery - they could not be fresher!

They are then sealed in special packing which can be safely stored in your fridge or freezer.
