Our food delivery services are available throughout the whole of the UK. We use our own vans for food delivery in London* and TNT courier services cover the rest of the UK. See the delivery details table for more information or take a look at the FAQs below surrounding our fresh food delivery in London and the rest of the UK.
items which are not delivered by TNT

Are any items only available in specific locations?

Items marked with our van icon are not available for delivery to areas served by TNT. This is a very small number of items such as ice cream and bottled water which are only available with our London food delivery service. At checkout, when your delivery address is confirmed, any items that cannot be delivered to your area will be highlighted and you will have the opportunity to remove them from your basket or select a different delivery address.
extra day delivery on few products

How soon is Natoora's grocery delivery in London and the rest of the UK?

Most of our products are available for next day delivery in London or next day +1 for areas served by TNT. Items marked with our '+1' icon require an extra 24hours for delivery. These items are mostly from our patisserie range as well as certain fresh pastas. See the table below for information about our delivery days.
Occasionally products may be available for purchase before we have them in stock - for example Capons at Christmas time. The dates of availability will be indicated and you will be able to add them to your basket. At checkout, once you have selected a delivery date, any products that are not available for your chosen date will be highlighted and the date from which they are available will be indicated. You will then have the opportunity to select a later delivery date or remove them from your basket.

Is there a minimum order?

Our minimum order is £40 excluding delivery fees. For further details please see our FAQs.

How will my products stay fresh?

For London food delivery we use our own refrigerated vans and for deliveries across the rest of the UK using TNT we have a unique packaging system. We worked with temperature control professionals (Cold Pack Systems) to devise a box that works as a cooler and keeps the product at a controlled temperature from the moment it leaves our warehouse to the moment it reaches you.

Our cold pack system is made up of:

  • an inflatable insulating "airline"
  • a cold component such as dry-ice
  • a tray to distribute the cold

Which provides the following benefits:

  • keeps a controlled temperature (3-6C)
  • temperature maintained for 48 hours (twice as long as styrofoam)
All these factors combine to create an efficient cooler allowing us to safely send fresh items anywhere across the country so we can provide food delivery in London as well as UK wide!

What do I do if I won’t be home for my delivery? (for deliveries via courier)

Please ensure that we are given instructions if there is somewhere specific you want the parcel left, for example, with a neighbour. You can add or edit these instructions for your chosen delivery address in the My Address Book section of My Account. Alternatively, call us at least a day before the delivery is due and we will pass the message on to the courier.

As the courier is delivering fresh food, unless instructed, we always ask them to leave the parcel in a safe place rather than return to the depot. If there is no-one home and the parcel is not signed for, but left in a safe place, the delivery is considered fulfilled. See our terms and conditions for more information.

How are fruits and vegetables packaged?

Fruit and vegetables can be delicate little souls and we have tried several ways to avoid products from being damaged in transit. We use what we think is the best compromise between effectiveness, environmental friendliness and convenience.

  • delicate fruits and vegetables in biodegradable moulded paper trays
  • very delicate berries in plastic punnets
  • everything else should arrive loose or in paper bags

How is meat and fish packaged?

Your meat and fish are prepared to order by the butcher/ fishmonger on their premises on the day of your delivery - they could not be fresher!

They are then sealed in special packing which can be safely stored in your fridge or freezer.
