There is no way around it - black pudding is made with pigs blood. Gratifyingly sweet and very nutty, the mixture of oatmeal, onions and blood is an amazing flavour combination. There are no artificial additives - it is black pudding at its best, pure and simple.

Slice up to your desired thickness and grill or cook on a hot pan - alternatively make a wonderful black pudding stew and in that case cook it whole. A good, strong English mustard will go perfectly well with this sausage.
