Sopressata is traditional salami from the Siena and Arezzo areas of Tuscany. It is made with carefully selected off cuts of pork, particularly from the head, cooked with parsley, lemon and other spices. It's incredibly tasty and perfumed and it's perfect as an anti-pasto, or sliced with some good quality fresh bread from our bakery.Antica Macelleria Falorni have been making the finest quality charcuterie sinece the 1700s.
