Our Mortadella sausage has been made in natural sausage skins of the best quality and is freshly sliced, made by a superb butcher who works along traditional lines and offers the best mortadella we have ever tasted. This meat is fantastic accompanied by some good quality fresh bread from our bakery.

Salumificio Bonfatti are based in the heart of Emilia Romagna where the tradition of salami is very strong. They only use natural products for their mortadella and have gained the DOP and slow food certification for this fantastic product.
