The Culaccia is an extremely lean muscle taken from the noblest part of the pig's leg. Very gently smoked and only then cured for at least 10 months, it is full-flavoured, light and very delicate. We freshly slice the Culaccia the morning you order is dispatched for delivery.

This fantastic product is produced by Granpele. Along with their outstanding Scaglia D'Oro Parmesan, they also produce some of the finest charcuterie available. To create this outstanding flavour, they feed the pigs on the whey from their first class Parmesan.
