Bresaola is beef fillet which is first salted and then air-dried. Our Italian bresaola is of the best quality so when you buy bresaola from us you can be sure it will taste fantastic! Bresaola is a speciality of the Valtellina region, and it is excellent on its own with a little extra virgin olive oil and freshly ground pepper. It is incredibly versatile as it can handle stronger flavours and condiments than Parma ham.
