This rustic Corsican delight has been made according to traditions of Corsican gastronomy by Charles Antona. Rich and homely, it is perfect served warm with some freshly baked bread. Inside you'll find haricots de 'soissons' - a large French white bean that is full of flavour. It is protected under AOC rules and is perfect for stews such as this. The other main element is the Figatelli, a lightly smoked type of sausage made with pork liver. Meaty and smokey, it adds incredible flavour to the dish.Charles Antona founded Corsica Gastronomia in 1991, with an emphasis on quality ingredients and authentic flavours.
