The highest quality foie gras terrine, ‘foie gras de canard’ is semi-cooked and made from whole pieces of IGP certified duck foie gras from the South West. Seasoned with jurançon wine, salt and pepper this is a superb example of foie gras to really be savoured.

The flavour of foie gras is unlike anything else – buttery, delicate, and refined. It is surely the ultimate food luxury. It is excellent with with toasted Poilane sourdough bread or brioche.
