This beautiful rice pudding from Beillevaire is made using traditional methods for a homemade taste. Starting with good fresh milk, pudding rice and sugar, it is then cooked in a bain-marie and finally baked on a bed of caramel for a truly magnificent flavour. Perfectly creamy, a real treat!
