This fantastic parmesan is 24 months old, making it absolutely full of characteristic parmesan flavour. It is called "Scaglia D'oro" and is probably the best Italian parmesan available, making it probably the best in the world! It is used by La Pergola, a 3 Michelin Starred restaurant in Rome (chef Heinz Back), so you can be sure you are getting amazing restaurant quality in one bite of this outstanding cheese.
