Pitchounet has a lovely pastoral aroma made with beautiful Lacaune sheep's milk. It has a delicate flavour, a lightly soft texture with small holes in the paste. It is made in Averyron, in the heart of the Regional Natural Park of Grands Causses. Produced according to traditional methods to ensure the cheese retains its character.
