At Natoora, we really care about top quality cheese. That is why all our Italian pecorino cheese has been sourced from top affineurs. We sell Pecorino Toscano, Pecorino Romana and Pecorino Sardo – all deliciously sharp and uncommonly good.

Pecorino is a ewes’ milk cheese with a nutty flavour. Our Pecorino Sardo is matured for a full-flavour and should be added for an extra special touch. It is an uncommon matured goat's cheese coming from the Gerrei hills in Sardinia. Its maturation lasts at least six months in a cave; it is tasty, full-flavoured, not acidic and ivory white coloured. This Pecorino cheese can be accompanied by a full bodied red wine. We recommend grating Pecorino Sardo on both pasta and gnocchi but for a special touch, we suggest using it to garnish salads or on toasted bread with olive oil and pepper.
