Lincolnshire Poacher is a hard, unpasteurized cow's milk cheese. This cheese was invented by Simon Jones from Lincolnshire. His cheese declared to be the Supreme Champion at the British Cheese Awards. Smoother-textured than a cheddar with a fruity, nutty flavour that sometimes tastes pineappley.
