This is another outstanding Italian mozzarella from Olanda’s cheese factory. Made into plaits instead of the more common balls, Olanda’s fresh mozzarella plaits are a real delight – they even look amazing! Despite their unusual shape, this quality mozzarella has the same delicious flavour and texture as a normal fresh mozzarella ball.

This particular Italian mozzarella is made by Olanda’s cheese factory who believe in ‘the greatest quality in small production'.
