Le Saint Denis is an exceptional cheese. It is akin to St. Nectaire, however this is made with goat's milk and not cow's. It is creamy, musty and earthy. Le Saint Denis has been made in a beautiful farm house located in the Deux-Sevres - for a real taste of the French mountains!
