La Bouyguette is a small goat's cheese from the 'Garrigues' region of Southern France. It is smooth and creamy and with the addition of the sprig of rosemary on top it is beautifully aromatic.This fantastic cheese is produced on 'la colline aux chevres' farm, a farm known for having impeccable animal welfare standards and quality flocks.After leaving the cheese to dry for 24 hours, La Bouyguette is hand moulded in a linen and a branch of rosemary is added for extra perfume. It is best enjoyed between May and October.
