Seven fantastic French cheeses! This selection includes the eye catching Valencay, a goat's cheese made in the shape of pyramid anad blanketed by an ash mould giving it a distinctive lemony taste. Then try Livarot, a washed rind cheese with full, spicy flavour. There's also two fantastic white rind French classics - Brie and Saint Marcellin, which are both deliciously creamy. And not forgetting the amazing Comte cheese, a nutty hard cheese from the Jura Mountains and also the Chistera, a ewe's milk cheese with a fantastic nutty flavour. Finally, the Bleu d'Auvergne for a real taste of the pastoral.
