Unpasteurised Cows milk Cheese that is tangy and tasty. Over a period of time the cheese change colour to become a yellow to a red ochre. It is a semi-soft cheese that has a maturing time between 2 and 6 weeks. Saint Félicien cheese is a perfect end-of-the-meal cheese, and is generally served as part of a cheeseboard selection.
