'Grenadin' is the French name for the veal fillet steak. The experts at Moen and Sons wrap them in bacon for a lovely presentation and added flavour (you can always remove it if you prefer). Very tender and delicious, like all veal cuts they are excellent served nice and juicy - but not too rare!
