A whole veal fillet which is trimmed of all fat and silverskin. You can cut your own grenadins of veal, or cook it whole. You can make an amazing roast in the oven or cook it on a cast iron pan or bbq for a gentler type of fillet steak. As usual, make sure not to overcook it as it benefits from its juices.

Moen and Sons source their veal from responsible farms. The animals are not caged or force-fed and the highest welfare standards are upheld.
