Osso Buco is a traditional veal dish from Italy. The name means 'hollow bone', and comes from the cut of meat used. The shin of veal is cut across into slices, leaving the marrowbone in place. It's this bone that gives a much prized taste and texture to the dish.Moen and Sons source their veal from responsible farms. The animals are not caged or force-fed and the highest welfare standards are upheld.Serves: 1
