The calves liver is very delicate in flavour, and wonderfully smooth in texture. It is also full of iron and B vitamins which makes it ideal for the kids. We love it the traditional Italian way, sauteed with onions and sage (Fegato alla Veneziana) or try it with cognac and vanilla.

Moen and Sons source their veal from responsible farms. The animals are not caged or force-fed and the highest welfare standards are upheld.
