A simple sausage, but a very effective one. Thinner and shorter than the more traditional ones, these sausages are ideal for a proper English breakfast. Made with finely minced free range pork and a few spices, this recipe brings out the best of the pork's flavour. We recommend you don't go for too strong a mustard, or if you can't avoid it, use it sparingly!
