Toulouse sausages are the French answer to rustic mountain bangers; it is simply impossible to imagine cassoulet without them. Made with pure free range pork meat and plenty of organic herbs, this sausage is coarse ground and needs hearty red wine and good mustard to accompany it.

All our sausages are hand made fresh by the team at Moens using superb quality meat and seasonings.
