These fantastic cumberland sausages are made from finely ground free-range pork, the freshest organic herbs and plenty of pepper. Cumberlands are distinctive for their more peppery flavour rather than the herbier flavour of the Lincolnshire sausage.

All our sausages are made fresh by hand in small batches by Moen and Sons, using superb quality meat and ingredients.
