As the name would suggest, this is a sausage with South African heritage and is popular across southern africa: the name roughly translates as farmers sausage. Whilst every farmers wife south of the Victoria Falls would claim to have the best recipe this tasty interpretation is from our very own butcher Moen & Sons.

All our sausages are hand made by the team at Moens using choice cuts of quality meat and fresh seasonings. They are made in small batches to ensure extremely high quality.
