Pork chops are wonderful things - very tasty, juicy and hearty all at the same time. These ones from our expert butcher Moen and Sons are even more impressive as they come from outdoor pigs raised under strict welfare standards. Chops are cut from the rib of the pork, and so the bone adds a lot of depth of flavour to this cut, while the lean meat makes for a very healthy dish. Make sure not to overcook them, and leave them to rest after cooking to enjoy an extremely juicy steak.

They are excellent on a cast iron pan or quickly fried with some sage and finished off with white wine and pepper. Never forget the salt!
