The pave steak is absolutely delicious! Cut from the rump it is firm, juicy and has fine marbling to give an amazingly full flavour. If you haven't tried a pave steak before then you're in for a treat.

For the best tasting pave steak, sear the meat on all sides and rest on a warm plate for 10 minutes. It is fabulous value for money and when cooked like this will taste superb!
