Made with 100% lamb steak mince, and a delicious hint of mint. The same great quality lamb goes into these burgers as with all the joints from Moen and Sons. Logically they are best cooked on the BBQ, but will do just as well indoors cooked on a hot griddle or cast iron pan. Try them with some sweet chilli sauce or fiery tabasco.
