Fresh pasta can be very easy to make, and we've made it a whole lot easier with this convenient kit. Included in the kit are all the ingredients you need to make delicious fresh egg pasta and instructions on how to do it.

Inside you'll find...
Italian Eggs: These have a lovely rich yellow yolk as the chickens are fed on corn and carrots. (When unavailable, we will replace with Organic eggs which are also ideal for making fresh pasta).
Tipo '00' flour: A very fine flour especially for pasta making.
Semolina flour: Made with the best durum wheat from De Cecco.

To complete your fresh pasta you will also require a good pasta machine for rolling out the dough.
