This fantastic rustic white bread is made using quality Italian '0' flour which gives it a lovely texture. The crumb is shiny and dense. The dough is wood-fired in 'black' ovens'. which gives the bread a lovely carmelised crust. The even heat of these ovens provide the ideal environment for baking this type of bread. The result - simply wonderful.
