Toulouse Sausages“The flavour is absolutely spot on….They are also huge, and I don’t know if that’s good or bad.”

Well, we think that’s definitely a good thing! And from our expert butcher Jack O’Shea, we wouldn’t expect anything less. Try them for yourself…they are fantastic in traditional cassoulet or with some good mashed potato.
